Born in Switzerland, Daniel Wellauer began his career as a gourmet chef, completing a rigorous three-year training at the prestigious Hotel Bad Horn Wellness & Spa. His culinary journey took him through some of Switzerland’s finest 4-star hotels, where he honed his craft and developed a deep appreciation for quality and precision. In 2010, Daniel expanded his expertise by becoming a certified quality specialist, a skill set that complements his role as a private concierge at Coco B. Drawing from his rich background in both culinary arts and quality management, Daniel founded "El Chocosuizo," his own brand of hand-crafted Swiss chocolates, which are now a signature welcome treat for guests. Fluent in four languages and passionate about exploring new cultures, Daniel brings a cosmopolitan flair and a warm, professional manner to ensure that every guest at Coco B enjoys an unforgettable stay.
