Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out available on request, subject to availability.
Minimum stay
A 4-night minimum stay applies during low season. During high season, the minimum stay is 5, 6, or 7 nights, depending on the dates.
Cancellation policy
Deposits are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy that covers trip cancellation and, specifically, includes "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) coverage, which is available through various highly rated travel insurance providers. Payment
For regular villa rentals: 60% initial deposit and 40% balance 90 days before check-in.

Children of all ages welcome. Weddings and events accommodated — let us know during your inquiry so we can plan accordingly.
House rules
No smoking indoors. No pets. Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM in suite areas. Common areas and rooftop remain open.
